Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings for classes, personal training sessions, and any related services provided by KLM Studios.  By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings and Payments
1.1 All Services must be booked in advance via our booking system or as otherwise agreed.
1.2 Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 Class passes and packages are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking with no charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
2.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
2.3 Refunds are not available for unused sessions, late cancellations, or non-attendance, except where required by law.
2.4 In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a Service, you will be offered an alternative session or a credit.

3. Late Arrivals
3.1 Clients are expected to arrive promptly for scheduled Services.
3.2 Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival.
3.3 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, entry may be refused and the session will be charged in full.

4. Health and Safety
4.1 All clients must complete a health and medical questionnaire prior to participation.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and able to participate in the Services.
4.3 You must inform us of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or changes to your health before each session.
4.4 Participation in Services is at your own risk. We accept no liability for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that arise during or after participation, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Conduct and Studio Etiquette
5.1 Clients must follow all instructions provided by our staff to ensure safety.
5.2 Mobile phones must be on silent during sessions.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry, suspend, or terminate Services without refund in cases of disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Personal Belongings
6.1 All personal items are brought into our premises at the client’s own risk.
6.2 We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by clients in connection with participation in the Services, except where caused by our negligence.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be published on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
