Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, low-impact workout that strengthens, tones, and lengthens your body using a specialist reformer machine. It builds core stability, improves posture and flexibility, and leaves you feeling stronger, balanced, and energised.

Over 30 minutes, you’ll be introduced to the equipment, learn key foundational moves, and get a feel for the KLM Studios style. It’s ideal for anyone curious about Pilates or looking to ease into our regular classes with confidence.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a floor-based workout that uses your own body weight (and sometimes small props) to build strength, stability, and flexibility. With a focus on core control, posture, and mindful movement, it’s a low-impact yet highly effective way to tone, align, and energise your whole body.

Yoga
