Laura Thorne
REFORMER PILATES
I’ve always had a love for fitness and movement from a young age. I loved how my body and mind responded to my own practice of Pilates. Teaching now gives me to opportunity to inspire others to witness their own improved strength, flexibility and body awareness.
My teaching style has an energetic vibe and my desire is for every single client to walk away feeling empowered in body and mind. Always bringing in the Pilates principles, just adding a little spice!
Fun fact…
My weekends used to be spent at pool parties in Dubai. Now I’d take a hiking weekend surrounded by Mother Earth any day of the week. 🌳 🌍 ✨ -
