All sessions and classes need 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, otherwise the session will be charged.

We want every class to be safe, effective and enjoyable for all clients.
Arrive early, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class starts to settle in. Late entry, for safety reasons clients who arrive more than 5 minutes after the class has started will not be admitted.

Just comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and grip socks if you’re coming for Pilates (these help with safety and stability). Don’t worry we have some available to purchase at reception if you don’t have any!

Yes, for both hygiene and safety, grip socks are required in all our Pilates classes. They help prevent slips, give you extra support during movement, and keep our equipment clean for everyone.
Please note for all reformer classes it is mandatory to wear grip socks.
If you forget to bring a pair, don’t worry grip socks are available to purchase at the front desk

Our classes are capped at a maximum of 5 people. This keeps the sessions small, supportive, and personal, so you’ll always get plenty of guidance from the instructor while still enjoying the motivation of a group atmosphere.

We’re located right on Welling High Street, just a short walk from Welling Train Station. For those driving, you’ll find nearby parking at Tesco and Morrisons, both offering 2 hours free parking. More details can be found under the Find Us section of our website.
If you’re coming by bus, the 486, 89, and 96 all stop at Welling High Street, just a 1-minute walk from the studio.

Yes! We offer beginner classes (KLM Basics (Reformer) & KLM Flow (Mat)) Pilates is one of the best ways to build strength, mobility, and body awareness as a beginner. Our instructors will guide you through each movement safely.

Reformer Pilates uses a machine with springs and pulleys for resistance, making exercises more varied compared to mat work. Try out one of our taster sessions if you’re new to Reformer and wondering what it’s all about!
